Lachlan Valley Way Intersection Adjustments

Ares Group discovered that the Lachlan Valley Way, and Mid-Western Highway intersection at Cowra had been identified as a location that was restricting a required right hand turn maneuver. The objective of the project was to add minor infrastructure to the intersection and allow safe passage of oversized heavy vehicles transporting wind turbine blades. Widening the footpath on the eastern side and relocating smaller existing infrastructure.

Our Role

Ares Group required Civil Design Services for the alteration of the Lachlan Valley Way, and Mid-Western Highway intersection at Cowra. We provided relevant details and procedures needed to be undertaken by construction crews to safety and effectively carry out the work.
